Gilda’s Club Kansas City offers education, support, and resource/referral services to those with a cancer impact at no charge, “so that no one faces cancer alone.” With a commitment to the entire family, programs are offered for children, teens, and parents with age-appropriate concepts and language. Specific programs for children are Kid Support®, a 10-week program over the summer, and Families ConnectTM, monthly during the school year, as well as individual counseling.
