Crittenton Children’s Center of St. Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City has been a leader in inpatient, residential and community based child and family services in Jackson County since 1896. Crittenton has pioneered services that integrate child welfare, mental health and education. In 2008, Crittenton created Trauma Smart (TS), a program designed to support children and the adults who care for them as they build resilience and navigate difficult challenges.
